Who we are

Qanzak Global LLC, a limited liability company registered in Sharjah Media City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, Business Licence No. 2537250.01. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: its.shahzad67@gmail.com.

What we collect on the website

• Inquiry form. Name, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp number, where you are based, the service you are asking about, how many people are moving, your message, and any estimate you attach from our cost estimator. We also record the time of the inquiry and the page it came from.
• Server logs. IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, kept for security and to rate-limit abuse of the form.
• Browser storage. The checklist and estimator pages may save your selections in your own browser so they are still there when you return. That data never leaves your device unless you send it to us.
• No tracking cookies. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

What we collect in a case

To file registrations, attestations and residence permits we need the documents the authorities require: passports, photographs, civil certificates, company documents, medical certificates, addresses and contact details. For family files this includes data about spouses and children. Medical certificates are special-category data; we handle them only because the State Migration Service requires them for a permit, and only for that filing.

Why we use it

• To answer your inquiry and prepare a quote (our legitimate interest in responding to you).
• To perform the service agreement with you, including filing applications on official portals and at counters on your behalf.
• To meet legal obligations such as record-keeping and responding to lawful requests from authorities.
• To protect the website from abuse.

Who receives it

Only the parties a filing requires: the State Tax Service and State Migration Service of Azerbaijan, notaries, attestation authorities and embassies, translation bureaus, banks you choose to open an account with, registered-address providers, airlines and hotels you ask us to book. We share the minimum each of them needs. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with marketers.

The website runs on a server in a data centre operated by our hosting provider. Inquiry data is stored on that server and accessed only by Qanzak Global staff with a key.

International transfers

By the nature of the service your data moves between the country you start in, the United Arab Emirates and Azerbaijan. Each transfer happens because a filing requires it, with the authority or provider concerned.

How long we keep it

• Inquiries that do not become a case: 24 months, then deleted.
• Case files: for the duration of the engagement and five years after the last filing, to answer renewal and audit questions, unless you ask for earlier deletion and no legal duty prevents it.
• Original documents: returned to you as soon as the filing that needed them is complete. We never keep originals longer than a filing requires.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, object to a use, or ask for a copy in a portable form. Write to the e-mail above. We answer within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with a data-protection authority you may also complain to it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Inquiries are stored on an access-controlled server. Case documents are exchanged over encrypted channels where the recipient supports them and are deleted from shared devices after use. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting you we will tell you without undue delay.

Children

We process children's data only as part of a family residence file, on the instruction of a parent or guardian.

Changes

We will post any change here with a new date. Material changes affecting an open case are sent to you directly.
