Terms of service

1. What we are

Qanzak Global LLC is a relocation and company-setup consultancy registered in Sharjah Media City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. We prepare documents, run attestation and apostille chains, file applications on official portals and at counters, book travel at the supplier's price and accompany clients to appointments.

We are not a law firm, a licensed immigration adviser, a travel agency licensed to issue tickets, or a government body. We do not give legal opinions. Where a case needs a licensed lawyer or another regulated professional we tell you before any such cost arises, and you engage them directly.

2. Quotes and fees

• Every engagement starts with a written quote listing our fixed service fee and, separately, the government and third-party charges we expect. The quote is valid for 30 days.
• Government fees, notary, attestation, apostille, translation, medical, address and travel charges are passed through at cost with receipts. If an authority changes a fee after the quote, the new fee applies and we tell you first.
• Our service fee is payable 50% on acceptance and 50% when the main filing is submitted, unless the quote says otherwise. Pass-through charges are payable before we incur them.
• Fees exclude VAT or other taxes where they apply.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide complete, accurate and genuine documents and information, on time. Authorities refuse applications based on false or inconsistent information, and we cannot repair that.
• Sign where and when a document must be signed, including in front of a notary in a particular country where the legalisation route requires it.
• Attend in person where the law requires it: registration filings, bank meetings, medical examinations, fingerprinting and card collection.
• Tell us promptly about anything that could affect a filing, such as a previous visa refusal, a criminal record or a change of passport.

4. Outcomes

Registrations, visas and residence permits are granted by government authorities at their discretion. We prepare and file complete applications and we tell you honestly where a case is weak, but we cannot and do not promise a particular decision or processing time. Statutory timelines quoted on this site are those published by the authorities and may be extended by them.

5. Refunds and cancellation

• If you cancel before we have started work, we refund the service fee in full.
• If you cancel after work has started, we keep the part of the fee that corresponds to work done and refund the rest.
• Pass-through charges already paid to an authority, notary, translator, supplier or carrier are not refundable by us; where the supplier refunds them, we pass the refund to you.
• If an application is refused for a reason that was our fault, we refile at no further service fee. If it is refused for a reason within your control or at the authority's discretion, a refiling is quoted separately.

6. Travel bookings

Flights, hotels and apartments are booked in your name with the supplier at the supplier's price, plus the booking fee shown in our pricing. The supplier's terms apply to changes, cancellations and refunds. We are not the carrier or the accommodation provider.

7. Documents

Original documents are handled with care, carried in person or by tracked courier, and returned as soon as the filing that needed them is complete. We are liable for loss or damage of originals in our custody up to the cost of obtaining a replacement, except where loss is caused by a carrier or an authority.

8. Confidentiality and data

We keep your documents and information confidential and use them only for your case, as described in our privacy policy.

9. Liability

Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the service fee you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for decisions of authorities, for delays caused by authorities, carriers or third-party suppliers, or for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied to us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Communication

We communicate by e-mail and WhatsApp, during office hours Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 to 18:00 Gulf time, and outside them for urgent filing matters. Instructions that change the scope of a case must be in writing.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. Disputes are first raised in writing with us and, if not resolved within 30 days, may be brought before the competent courts of Sharjah.
